The Rules That Govern Your Account

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "User") and az777 ("az777," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing the az777 website, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and any funds held in such an account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

To use az777, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number, password, and any additional identity verification information requested by az777.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on az777.
• Accounts may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used by any person other than the registered account holder.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify az777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

az777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to suspend account access pending the completion of such verification.

az777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively through supported payment channels, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard, where available. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

az777 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers (including mobile wallet operators) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside az777's control. Players are advised to review any charges applied by their chosen payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where reasonably possible, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures. Processing times vary by loyalty tier and payment method, and standard processing may take up to 24-72 hours.

az777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a valid national identity card, prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where verification cannot be reasonably completed or where suspicious activity is identified.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by az777 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• az777 reserves the right to void bonus winnings obtained through abuse of promotional terms, including the use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per Player, household, or payment method.

• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use az777 for illicit financial activity.

az777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage access, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time through Account Settings or by contacting az777 support, including activation of self-exclusion tools described in Clause 11.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, az777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or events outside az777's reasonable control.

az777's total liability to any Player under these Terms, where such liability is established, shall not exceed the verified account balance held by the Player at the time the relevant issue arose.

az777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players have access to account-level deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools through Account Settings. Players who believe they may have a gambling-related problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools or to visit our Responsible Gaming page for further resources.

Self-exclusion requests, once activated, are honoured for the selected duration and cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed, in accordance with international responsible gaming standards applicable under az777's operating license.

az777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via registered contact details. Continued use of az777 after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to az777's international gaming license. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through az777's internal customer support and dispute resolution process before escalation to any external body recognised under the applicable licensing framework.
